The service

The service provides fictional AI characters, conversational responses and generated media. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular purpose. It is entertainment software, not a human relationship and not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for your account activity and for complying with applicable law. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abuse, infringe another person’s rights, submit illegal material or use generated output to deceive people about real events or identities.

Characters and generated content

Character names, biographies and generated profile images are fictional. You must have the necessary rights to any material you submit. Availability and quality of generated output can vary and no specific result is guaranteed.

Subscriptions and payments

Prices, billing period, trial terms and included usage are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the displayed payment provider. Recurring access continues for the disclosed period unless cancelled under the checkout terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend or restrict features to maintain security, comply with law or protect the service. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability and changes

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. The current terms are published on this page.
